This is a store where you can buy stuff that wouldn't sell it a regular Brick Store. But it is also where you go to pick up stuff that you ordered at a brick store. I don't like the fact that you have to go to this place once you go to an actual brick store to pick up your stuff it would be nice to actually have the stuff delivered cheaply or for free or to have the stuff available on the spot. But usually it takes some time for the delivery to arrive and you have to go to the store. The service is often reasonably effective not particularly friendly but efficient and that's what matters the most. And sometimes they help you load things into your vehicle.

Great service. I need to iterate something important to all people looking to buy furniture. Know what you want. and do not be afraid of the sales reps. you have the power, not the rep. This store had a laid back approach which i found uncommon. Yet I found it enabling to look without being pushed. We purchased two chairs for our office. They were negotiable, and helpful when the time was right.

Most amazing customer service! I had a modest budget and needed several pieces. Trisha and the team did magic for me. No pressure, no stress, just helped me get what I needed! The prices were even better than posted and delivery was super fast. I couldn't have imaged such a stress-free experience. This is the only place we'll be shopping from now now. One stop, great quality furniture and unbelievable prices!
