Just want to say what an excellent experience my parents had at your store. They thought it was very visually appealing and felt like a higher end store. Your sales associate was wonderful and they also appreciated the time the manager took to chat with them. Thank you. I very much appreciate it.

They have a great variety and I always found good stuff for a fair price here. I moved to a new place recently and I keep coming back here because of Frankie. She's super nice, very attentive, and such a great saleswoman.

My family and I are moving to Saskatoon at the end of June. We live in Northern Saskatchewan and are not in Saskatoon often.I called the Brick and was fortunate enough to speak to Rena.We arranged to go to the store when we were in Saskatoon. Rena is amazing. She helped us so much . We got all we wanted from their store at good prices. She always kept me posted about our furniture. She made sure that our furniture was delivered when we were in Saskatoon. The delivery team was punctual and very efficient.Rena even arranged delivery of an item that we purchased from the Outlet. My family and I are so ,so happy with her service. We will definitely be buying there again. Thank you so much Rena . We really appreciate all you have done.

Small display room. Staff are pushy. Prices are okay. Beware of their delivery. They showed up late, did not call, dented out wall, refused to pay to fix it. Couches did not fit, they charged us to bring them back, a restocking fee, and didn't have anything that was comparable in price that would fit but refused to refund our money. Begrudgingly we bought a more expensive set, and had to pay our own people to deliver the furniture for fear of a repeat of the first delivery failure. Staff was very unhelpful. Once they have your money they do not care about customer service. The headache was not worth the $150 less than competitors prices.

terrible they promised something and after about 25 min waiting they came back and said they will not honor what they said. Update: I recently visited the brick because my wife liked a set of couches they had in store. Sony came to help us, and I have to say he was the best sales man I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very respectful he gave us space to discuss the couch set together and didn't come across as pushy at all. I agreed on the price and he rang us through. I was always reluctant to visit the brick and I'm glad I gave it another shot. Anyone that needs good service go see Sony. Thanks
