I had originally went to their Victoria Ave east location and was fed some BS from a Sales Associate. He said we do not work on any commissions so the price I am giving you is the lowest you will find, and was pushing for a verbal confirmation. They did not have the sofa in this store, but had one in the north store. He said go look at it, then come back to me and I will give you the lowest price anywhere. I went to the north store the next day, and had the sales associate Brie take me around the store. I had decided I wanted the original couch I picked. Brie wanted to make the sale, so I told her about the day before and I advised her of the price I was given the day before. She let me look around for awhile and then came back with even a better price. As well she talked to me about Insurance, fabric treatment and payment options. The guy at the other store said nothing about this. All of the other options were not at all pushed on me, and the questions I had were answered honestly. I cannot say absolutely nothing bad about the Brick north and Brie. My kudos go out to Brie, and I will definitely be asking for her in the future for any purchases.

Great sales staff, horrible customer service from the payment desk from a lady. I ordered a mattress, booked a delivery date that worked for my tight work schedule as well as their shipping schedule. I booked that day off three weeks in advance and told them I would be away all other weekends. The sales associate told me I would receive a phone call 3 days prior to my mattress’s delivery date, not a big deal. Missed a phone call at 7pm seven days prior to delivery as I was out of town as specified in a no service zone. Phoned them back as soon as possible, one day later. They told me my new delivery date, which doesn’t work for me and I had the previous one booked off from work. The front desk clerk is zero help, rude, and didn’t seem to care that now a paying customer cannot pickup their mattress and will have to be sleeping on the couch for multiple weeks. They over book their shipping and phone people at odd times unexpectedly purposely to weed out people they have to deliver to for over booked days. Very unimpressed and very unprofessional service.

Salesperson Bobby - excellent customer service. Not pushy at all and made us feel welcome in the store, unlike some other home furnishing stores in Regina. He was knowledgeable of the products we were buying and did not make us feel rushed at all. We will look for him on our next purchase. Warehouse Employee Jordan - super polite and friendly. He made it very easy for us to pick up our items. I must say we had a very positive experience at this Brick location.

Just helped a friend. Will not buy there personally. Bought a reclining couch and love seat. We're both delivered broken and was told have to accept. They never were fixed. But they got their money. Never get mine again
