This store has a friendly approachable and knowledgeable staff. They are always willing to; help you find a product, open a second cashier station, or inform you about promotions and specials. The store is always clean and presentable. In all the years of shopping here I have only had one negative experience.

Do not trust the price of the items that are tagged as “Sale” because in some cases they do not program it for their scanners to consider the new reduced price and they charge you with the original price. Since they don’t pay for their mistakes seems this is a dirty politic to make more money during day. If you noticed the mistakes they come and adjust the price easy. However, if you were in rush and didn’t pay attention to the price and the receipt you easy loose your money. Now, if this story happen for 10 items and 1000 people buy at least one of those items and pay only 4extra dollars then the store make $4000 daily in a smooth and easy way. I have to mention that the manager supervise this story.

I was able to purchase the last 50 name tag kit with strings and it was a special trip to the store. The price hadn't gone up too much from last year and was only $48.79. I am very happy with my purchase.

The staff are generally welcoming and friendly and the store is clean, tidy and well stocked. The print counter is often a wait I find whether it is just me or a few in line. Understandably busy, a courteous acknowledgement of 'I'll be right with you" or a simple "hello" would go a long way.
