While the selection of the product is generally quite broad, there were a couple issues my wife and I experienced during our visit and afterwards. 1. After negotiating a price (no more than $2,800 total), the salesperson led me to their desk to write up the order. While at the kiosk, he showed me the materials we were ordering, and then continued to discount the price of one item so the price would be where negotiated. He typed in $1,299, which on top of the other items made the grand total just shy of $2,800 (about $10 less). He then re-entered, right in front of me, $1,310 so that it brought the total to exactly $2,800.50. This is completely unprofessional. 2. Delivery - Each item we ordered was roughly 2 weeks late - which I understand is not always under their control., However, when no one even bothers to call you to let you know your items are late, that is where I believe this was unacceptable. I had to call in and express my concern, and was advised another date it should be in. No call once again, and once again I had to make the call to only hear that it would be in "any day". We will see if this comes in this week or not, I suppose. 3. Warranty. The salesperson added the warranty we paid for to only one item on the invoice, but did not tie it to both items. It took numerous calls and emails to get this resolved, where all I received was a "yes I confirm" on an email, regarding the warranty being tied to both items. Again, a small detail but it adds up to a list of disappointments. Overall, we are quite disappointed with the quality of service we were provided. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. We will say, though, that during the times we did call in, the staff was extremely polite and professional. That was by far the best part of our experience, and will give their staff kudos for remaining polite on the phone every time.

I had a fabulous shopping experience at the Brick on east Victoria Ave. The staff were helpful and courteous, and provided exceptional customer service. I'm very pleased with the furniture I purchased. They are high quality items, stylish, and were very reasonably priced. Thanks very much to the staff and full marks from me!
