went in with a empty toner cartridge in the box looked on the shelves, there was none. went to the service counter 1 person walks away, the other i asked, i need one of these, "are you recycling this or is this a new one". and i responded it to be recycled and again i need a new one and she points over my shoulder where i came from there on that wall. and the manager he's just as bright "did you look on the shelf"? it took him awhile but he finally looked on his computer. "oh we don't have any we will get our shipment this afternoon can we notify you"? wow what a experience, how they keep there jobs blows me away.

Almost always greeted as I walk in the door. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Got great service from the gentleman I dealt with there

Very clean, pleasant staff who are always willing to help. Unlike most of the other Staples I've been to, the staff actually take the time to ask you if you need help when they are walking by, even if they are obviously busy. A solid 4.5 rating. My only complaint would be that the stock and selection are somewhat limited being they are a smaller store. Very much enjoy coming here.
