Just took me 45 minutes to pick up a wardrobe I ordered August 7.. The staff had absolutely no organization and took about 15 minutes to find a “manager” to tell the furniture girl something she already knew. We didn’t have our pink slip for the rain check so they said they would tell the back of house boys. Went to the back of house and the guys had absolutely no idea what was going on. So that was another 15 min ordeal. Probably never going back 🤷🏼‍♀️

I bought 2 Tranquil dream premium foam mattress's from the Saskatoon west store in October 2017 and they are like sleeping on OVENS! I specifically asked if they were hot when I bought them and was assured they were not. I started dealing with this issue in Dec. The new store manager has been great but the head office has been a nightmare. They apparently do not stand behind the products they sell. I wanted a straight exchange or my money back but they will only give me a gift card. Head office customer service not helpful either because when I called them they wouldn't even try to look up if a case had been started they just wanted the receipt. I tried to explain that there should be a file since we've been dealing with this issue since Dec but she wouldn't even try to look anything up. Do not buy a bed from them!!

I went into the store was there for 30 seconds had a staff member janell or janette I think her name was. Amazing job she did was very happy with her customer service. Judging by the other reviews on here I would give this lady a raise.

I wanna give at least 4 stars on your service. We went and shopped here twice already. You got great stuff and reasonable price (some stuffs). My only complains is your STAFF! Your customer service is so bad. This is the only place I experienced where in we need to find someone to help you like it will took you for awhile. When you found someone they were so unfriendly and rude (forgot to ask what her name is the blonde one on the register). Most of your staff always seems not so happy when being asked for help. I hope you guys can work on that this was not the first time happened to us that is why I left a review here. Well anyway some of the review here has the same experienced as ours.

Very bad exeperience day I bought something like 40$ after payment I went to label n I put my stuff on Jysk curtesy desk when I came back to get my stuff there was Jysk representatives glasses girl she behaved rudely n said I can’t take my stuff. Even I paid bill but she told she need the stuff back because it was wrongly priced. My question is it was my fault? If they put wrong price? She argued with me very rudely as I paid already and after an hour she told and when I was going outside the store they guy was on there on curtesy he told me stupid. Thanks Jysk I will never go again.
