Cab was gross.. driver stunk of bad armpits.. took a call loudly in a foreign language right after we got in, trash on the seats including food waste from driver and passenger, then tried to get me to agree to an extra charge on top of a flat rate service for taking a route that was faster and more efficient... Never again. The uber that took us to the airport days ago was clean, professional, and smelled like he showered that day at least.

Please inform your drivers that the speed limit between 23rd Avenue and Gateway Park is 90km/h and not 130km/h and that the hard shoulder in the median is not an appropriate driving lane. Thank you. And thanks for not returning my call. Really says it all about this company's approach to safety.

Useless and rude, half the time these fools don't even show up when you make an appointment then when you call and point out theri mistake they basically say too bad we don't care, but if you're a minute late you can be sure the money grubbers will charge you. Also watch out, there is a base rate but if the driver knows he can rip you off, he will. Do yourself a favor, call an Uber, they know what service is.

Every one who has driven me has been very kind and respectful. Always on time. Very good people.

Do not use this service. Extremely rude drivers who do not take your safety or the safety of other drivers on the road seriously at all. They will drive extremely aggressive and will be driving while holding their phone to their ear. If you call dispatch with a complaint, they will hang up on you. Save your money for someone who deserves it.
