I wish I could give zero stars! I haven't even used their service yet and already want to kick myself for booking with them. Their travel times on the website is not clear or easy to find, I booked then realized right away after clicking 'submit' that it would not work for my family to use their service as we would miss our flight. They will not refund under any circumstance and have zero compassion. It is not cheap for a family of 6 to have to forfeit this cost.

What an unreliabe company!!!! This is absolute nonsense. I booked pickup for the Howard Johnson hotel on Stony plain road. Got there on time and waited for long, only to call after the 3:25pm time given to me elapsed and I found out that there was nobody coming to pick me. Imagine how I would have missed my flight. So disappointed.

The driver yelled at my wife and I for being 10 minutes early (yes, early). He then proceeded to make several derogatory remarks toward her before eventually getting into the van (we loaded the luggage ourselves). The skyshuttle driver then proceeded to put many lives in danger with his careless driving (including speeding, tailgating, and going 80 in a 110). After speaking with skyshuttle management, they viewed the DashCam and didn’t have any concerns (I’m not sure how). Don’t use this service ever again if you value your life while driving!

Cheapest price to get to Edmonton or vice versa. Nice comfortable vans and professional drivers. Extremely recommended!

Was told shuttle leaving in 5 min from airport. Waited 20 min while driver and receptionist had their little convo and finished up. I finally had to walk back in and stand to make point. Even worse, front end falling out of van driving down highway. How deadly is this on public transportation vehicle. Will take cab next time.
