My cab was #1258. The driver was terrific....friendly polite and so helpful. He was a good driver and took road conditions into consideration. Cab was clean and warm. Will definitely use them again

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I had called back to dispatch to check on the status of my cab. I was rudely informed that "it's only been 43 minutes and we will get there when we can, click" So I ordered an Uber and it had arrived in under five minutes. The driver was friendly and service was awesome. I would highly recommend going with Uber !!!

I made call at 8am to booking cab for pick me up at 1-30"m to airport. Cab didn't show up. I called to find out when driver will coming and got a very funny respond - all drivers us busy to coming and pick me up. Very good what we finally have Uber. 5min waiting time!!! As per response by company - I sent all details what they asked me.This is funny, almost 8month - NO RESPOND from this company.!!!!!!!! GUYS if you have a chance - select other taxi provider.

Today was an extremely snowy day (where I called SEVERAL other taxi services), Calgary United Cabs was the only service that actually came through. The operator who picked up the phone was very friendly and helpful; I got updates on my phone like she said I would. The cab driver came pretty quickly, he was extremely friendly too, and he used the most economic route. I honestly would use their service again. Had I not called, I think my husband and I would have been stranded for several hours.

One of the worst corporate cab experiences ever. Half the cabs didn't know where our event location was (which is a major city landmark), cab drivers asked to put more money on the chits, some cabs didn't even show up at all or claimed it was too far out of the way, only to show up 1 hour later and charge us for "no show". I wouldn't use them again.
