My experience with Associated Cabs was excellent! Both the dispatcher and the driver were pleasant. The cab arrived to pick us up less than five minutes after I placed the call, and was very clean and comfortable inside. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner, and the fare was reasonable. They do an awesome job!

I've been using Associated for longer than ten years after having a few bad experiences with another cab company... The drivers are always incredibly helpful and nice, always talkative and very appreciative of any tips I give them.. The people who answer the phones are super friendly... I never have to wait longer than a couple seconds when calling, and never wait longer than ten mins for a cab.. nice people from start to finish, best cab company in Calgary by far!

Garbage company. I some trouble happened with our taxi and I ran up to my hotel to grab my debit card. I came down the driver was gone. My phone was still with the driver, and I was panicking. I had very very valuable photos on that phone. Photos of my dads last days. When I found the driver, he denied my payment and to give my phone back. So we went in and called a manager to the company. Finally he accepted my payment and gave back my phone. Never ever suggesting this company again. Horrible.

Amazing service. Despite a huge snowstorm, the driver (car #611) arrived on time, was friendly and very helpful with the bags. Car was newer and well cared for. One of the best cab rides I've taken in a long while.

On the evening of Nov 13, 2018, I was driving eastbound on 24 Ave NW. 24 Ave NW was divided by a single yellow line with parking allowed by road side, which in fact turns 24 Ave into a road with one lane eastbound and one lane westbound. An associated cab was behind me. Between the block of 16 ST and 15 ST, the taxi drove onto the opposite (westbound) lane, passed me from my left at a very fast speed, and quickly drove ahead of me. Extremely dangerous and rude. Definitely violated the traffic bylaw.
