Bring back the cab tracker! Makes it so much better and the only reason I use yellow cab. I'll probably go back to co-op if there's no more tracking.

I prebooked a taxi the day before my event to ensure I got one. I was told it might be behind 5 to 10 minutes cause it's a busy night. I waited 30 minutes for a taxi and eventually just made other arrangements. Apparently a corporate account isn't important to them.

Fast and efficent. Called and within 5 minutes I received a text confirmation. Driver was there quickly after. Very friendly helped us with our bags and got us to the airport no problem.

Someone shut this company down. This is a useless company. Dont call them. I called for a cab 40 mins ago after they said 15 min. Uber is way better! I would have given a 0 star if it existed.

On July 11, 2018, in the TD bank parking lot at 12645 142nd Ave - a Yellow Cab driver hit my passenger side door with his van door. I immediately called and provided all of the information to their company, including photos, estimates and measurements. After numerous emails and phone calls I have gotten nothing but the run around from their Claims person Christine "Chris" Parker. She continually mentions speaking to the "Claims Manager" but will not provide that person's information. The quotes to re-paint my door handle were not even substantial, $206.57 or $130.73 + car rental for the day - however they do not even have the courtesy to respond. After I was able to get the yellow paint buffed out of the handle I am left with a big chip on my new car. The email I received on July 23, 2018 stated "Have tried to go over your file with our Claims Manager but have not been successful - too many interruptions." This manner of dealing with issues, albeit a small one, is extremely unprofessional. My claim should be resolved by now. Video footage that was apparently taken from the taxi has still not been shared with me, I am guessing because it proves Yellow Cab driver liable. Shady business.
