I have used this company many times. But last night I was sick of people and wanted to go home. I get a text saying my cabs here, just to see some losers steal it before it gets to me. How about ask a name and stop being racist! I will never call this company again. AFTER THAT I INSTALLED UBER. BOOM OUUTA BUSINESS

Unsafe driver went through a Stop light and drove across 3 traffic lanes on Gaetz to cut me off and make a turn. License plate E-36404 vehicle number 24. This happened during very icy weather conditions with poor visibility.

I had a complaint with this company that was handled in an extremely poor manner, by a manager, supposedly. I called back to speak with the owner and John took the call. I asked if he was the owner and he refused to answer, hanging up on me. Suffice it to say, if you ever have a valid complaint, I doubt it will be handled in a professional manner, nor will it be taken seriously. Be forewarned. I hope Uber puts this company out of business.

I used Alberta Gold twice in one weekend to get from the Sheraton to the Red Arrow depot and vice versa. The cabs arrived in just a few minutes and I was really impressed with the cost and courtesy. The cabs are forest green, which can make them a little hard to see. Pay with cash as the debit terminals the drivers have charges a $1 fee on top of fare and tip.

They come in time and get you where you have to. My complaint is most of the time the cab smells like cig smoke, except for this one cab who usuallly works at midnight.
