I did the airport shuttle from steamboat to denver. The driver was exactly on time and we are arriving at denver quickly.

Buyer Beware I made a reservation over the phone for a ride 3 weeks before our arrival and was never verbally informed of the cancellation fees. It is in the email they send after you have made the reservation but by then it is to late. I was forced to cancel my trip and called to inform them 7 days in advanced but was still penalized . It is such a disappointment when businesses choose to operate like this. Basically trying to make money by any means possible.

Hitched a ride from Steamboat to the Denver airport. We arrived on time and I found our driver (Jeff) to be extremely helpful and polite. I was in the passenger seat the whole time so got a chance to talk to him a bit throughout the ride. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Called for a cab for return ride from dinner and told it would be 5 minutes. After 20 minute wait, we called back and a new cab was dispatched and we were told again- 5 minutes. No mention of previous dispatch that did not show up. When we mentioned that if this cab did not show up within the time frame, we would make other arrangements- we were told " you gotta do what you gotta do". Shows what a monopoly can do for customer service.

I used them once and used Uber once and truly my choice is Uber, better service and reasonable in cost.
