Dispatch is awful, didn't know where addresses we're, and to top it off she sent can to wrong address. This is why ppl pick Uber, garbage like this.

Mr Joe was an amazing cab driver with this company. I bookd 10 seating van to airport. Joe came to knock my door at the right time, and was there while returning from our three days trip to vancouver. Experienced, friendly and punctual.

So tonight when my boyfriend called and found out there was an extra charge to go from Sherwood park to Sherwood park he hung up and called a different cab company. We got a text from prestige explaining they had a cab on the way. My boyfriend called them back to tell them not to bother. We got the rudest guy who asked us why they would send a cab (because an automatic text told us there was one on The way...) and proceeded to be a jerk to my boyfriend. I'm glad he hung up on you again. Real winner, works in dispatch and can't handle when people hang up. Your job is customer service and your absolute failures at it. Good job disgruntled dispatch person. I'm sure your grand people skills will get you far in life. Cause your obviously a big success now.

The dispatcher was a very nice lady who took the time to take my information and request, even to suggest a better timing as I was going during rush hours. Initially I contacted Co-op and the dispatcher was simply horrible when taking my information, zero customer service! so I hang up and contacted Prestige instead, what a difference! Thanks to whoever answered!! It means a lot when people care and are courteous.
