Always cheerful dispatchers, short wait times (you’ll be told before you commit if your cab will be longer then usual in arriving, and if you are okay with the extended wait, they’ll get to you asap), and polite drivers that are content to chat or let you sit quietly until you get to where you’re going. All in all, a great company to call for a ride!

Lost my wallet Friday night Dec.21,2018 and thought it was long gone and I wouldn't have much of a christmas. I got a call lastnight from a cab company telling me the cab driver found my wallet and turned it in. The most amazing part is that everything was in there still including my cash and a cheque and gift card from work. There still is good people out there..... Thanks to the driver of that cab. Merry Christmas.

Friendly & Excellent Service. We have been using Dial for the past 7 years to assist with our company's taxi needs. As we have grown they have adjusted and helped accommodate our needs.

Usually very good but lately they forget to pick me up and say “we thought they already got you”. Kinda disappointed considering I always refer Dial A Cab to my friends

I have found Dial a cab to be reliable, fast, and the drivers to be pleasant. I used to use another company exclusively until there was a steady drop in reliability. I tried a few other cab operators, and Dial a cab won. I've never had more than a 15-minute wait, and most often it's much less than that.
