Yo I have no idea how they are towards customers but being a driver myself its scary driving beside one of there cabs I was in lloyd over night on Tuesday and was almost hit twice by a viper cab and cut off once by a viper cab I was only driving around in lloyd for about half hour and was in three different incidence with viper cab so I don't know how it would be being a rider with them but being a fellow driver on the road the drivers of the viper cab are scary to drive on the same road my one night experience driving in lloyd trying to avoid driving were I seen the cabs from what I seen the drivers of viper cabs need training on driving around other drivers and winter driving they are not the only ones driving on the roads and need to learn respec for all other drivers

Absolutely rudest company in the City. Dispatch is rude, drivers are rude, there is literally nothing good about the company. Call a Friend or Uber it because the only thing worse than the cab not showing up is if it actually does.

We went out with our friends Halloween night (6 people total) in a Van Unit, we got to our destination and the driver gave us the total and told us "...And also one dollar per person." We've went out with six people in a van unit before, never had the $1 fee per person. 1 star, I wish I could leave no stars.

They told me they will be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up, I waited over an hour and eventually left and they didn't even call to say they won't come.
