I would rather pay a Calgary taxi $200 to come out to Strathmore to run me around to do my errands than $40 use Strathmore Taxi! Never again will I use Strathmore Taxi! They have inspired me to use Uber!

Terrible. I work in local bar, last night the only call they responded to was one going to Calgary, which they showed up to minutes after call. They told several customers they would be there in 10-15 minutes,never showed up. I tried calling from bar phone they never answered then after the 3rd call my calls just went to voice mail. It was obvious they were ignoring my calls.They have no interest getting locals home safe. They really don't care about the well being of others. They have no business having a company in Strathmore. Get someone local that has a heart and experience in customer service.

BEWARE!!! This taxi company is operated by thiefs and violent drivers. During the trip the driver will ask you if you have taken the trip before (They ask because if you say no,they will say that you are getting a deal and it should be more money). If you say that they quoted you only so much on the phone,then the driver will say that the person who answered your phone call made a mistake. If you don't pay the driver more during the trip,he will threaten to kick you out of the taxi in the middle of the road. If this happens,just threaten the driver with the police and he will stop trying to rob you. Once the driver threatened to punch me in the face. I said if you touch me I will call the police and charge you with assault. He stopped threatening me. This is an ongoing violent and criminal scam this taxi company is engaged in.

Very poor service. After the third call and a true half an hour after placing the call and being reassured they would be right along each time (on a mid Monday afternoon....booming I’m sure) When we mentioned the wait time and that honest communication from their dispatch on any of our 3 calls would have been appreciated. We were then told by the driver that if we want big city service then move to the big city! Zero effort at customer service, the driver was exceptionally rude and very defensive, even aggressively handed us the debit machine after barely being out of the parking lot we were picked up from. I actually had to tell the driver “no, take me to my destination and then we will pay you” this was followed with empty promises of leaving us along side the road where we could “call another company”... it was my fault I called for a taxi and was looking for a Service I suppose. I personally would suggest to use another service, call a friend, walk....unless perhaps you feel like seeing a show or getting into a fairly amusing debate on the level of service that is “expected” in the not so big city....after that ride and reading others reviews I doubt they will be around for too long. As a matter of fact I encourage anyone that is interested in getting into a debate on the level of service taxis should uphold to definitely take a ride while you still can!! Enjoy and speak your mind :)

Very poor service. The driver even smoked in the car. That was so disgusting. I think the man is pretty rude and doesn't consider customer.
