Every single time I use a Yellow can the driver says sorry I don’t have a debit/credit machine today “it’s dead.” I’ve had cab drivers that tell me that anytime I driver says that to you they are lying, and just want to deal with cash because it takes longer for them to get the money from debit. Tired of cab drivers constantly lying about not having debit machines. I’m switching back to Kami cabs at least they don’t lie to you every trip.

Called this service and they said my address on gleneagles drive didnt exist. After arguing with them about the address existing the woman told us the cab would take 15 minutes. 30 minutes later when we called to check on the status of our cab the same lady said again that the address didnt exist. When I called kami cabs they had no problems sending a cab to our address. Seriously unimpressed with this service

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Called for a cab, was told 15 minutes and a half an hour later they still had not shown up. After 8 phone calls and over an hour of waiting the driver finally showed up. Only reason we used them was we had a voucher. Complete waste of my time and will not be using again.

My elderly mother waited over two hours for a cab that never arrived. They did not answer a single one of my phone calls. Unacceptable service. Dangerous business practices. This company is asking for a lawsuit. You'd be better off to walk to your destination, at least you'd eventually get there.

If you like being on hold and then being hung up then this company is for you. I’ve tried multiple times to use their service but dispatch rarely answers, is rude when they do and do t show up.
