Dispatch was polite, the driver was polite and easy to talk to, took a star off because I waited 50 mins with my baby for the taxi to get here, when I can see their building from my apartment. But overall was a good experience

The last three times I’ve called Cheam taxi they have been late, the last time was over 40 minutes late, I could’ve walked home quicker. Today I ordered the taxi on the app, the dispatcher proceeded to tell me that the app Doesn’t always work and to call in the future what is the point in having an app if you aware that it is faulty? An apology or compensation were not even offered, even after I continued to tell her I would be late for work. I was a frequent customer to Cheam taxi but will no longer be using the services from this consistently awful service.

Amazing drivers. Their always there to take my kids to and from school when I can not.

100% worth the wait! Safe kind and respectful.

New to Chilliwack. I had bought a power wheels truck from Walmart for my sons bday so I needed a van. I used the Chilliwack taxi direct line and the lady was so rude to me. She said there was a 30 minute wait for the van and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her over needing a van and to top it off I was going to be charged 10 on top of the fare. I called cheam and the lady was so pleasant she got a van over to me in about 10 minutes. The driver was amazing, I think her name was Jean she helped me get my stuff in the van and had a great conversation on the way home lots of laughs. I will be using cheam all the time!
