Booked a cab and they phoned me and said they were at my location but they were about 15 min away. Once they arrived I told them where I needed to go and they took me across town in the opposite direction for 25 min. I was late for college and lost 5% on my mark. the driver yelled at me multiple times and blamed me for it all and said I should have booked it sooner. I always get put on hold for 30 min at a time, one time I was on hold for 45 min and someone answered and immediately hung up. I do not recommend. Worst taxi service here

This was the worst experience of my life. Told it would be a 15min wait and it was an hour and 15min. I could have taken the bus 3 times in the time I waited. I was so late because some freaking idiot couldn't take into account all of the prebookings (which he had to have been aware of since my cab driver was). Do not bother calling them if you need convenience.

Missed my flight because of this joke of a taxi cab company.. booked a van for 630am and at 7am no one would answer the phone finally get through at 720am only to be told the cab is still a long way away... no apologies no trying to help the situation nothing

I scheduled a trip ahead of time on their app and the cab came right on time. He took me to my destination taking the most straightforward route. Quiet and polite.

I can't wait until the experience I had tonight will be a thing of the past. This industry is an absolute dinosaur joke. Keep blaming the solution while your ship sinks. Look in the mirror.
