I have used the wheelchair accessible taxi four times now in White Rock/South Surrey. Each time I have booked a couple of days ahead. The taxi has arrived on time and once 10 minutes earlier than booked. The drivers have been very helpful and courteous with very compassionate care to the wheelchair client. The trips have only been for short distances however the drivers still gave great service. Very thankful we have a local taxi that gives service to wheelchair users. But today I ordered a taxi and was told in 10 minutes it would arrive. After 3 phone calls and told ten minutes 3 times and ONE HOUR had passed i gave up. This is definitely a dispatcher problem. If it is going to be 20 minutes or one hour or whatever be truthful. A very special appointment was missed because of this. Would love to talk to a manager but only could get connected with a different dispatcher….

Once again on May 7, 2025 another Pacific Cab driver parked in a handicap stall showing no placard on dash or mirror. When I went in to CIBC IN. Langley no one inside had a walker or wheelchair or any other signs of being disabled. These cab drivers should be disciplined for their behavior. So disappointed with this cabbie! He stopped at Starbucks to use the restroom and thought it was fine to use the accessibility parking spot!? I watched him, he had no impairment and did not display a handicap placard. The people that actually need these parking spots already have enough to deal with without having someone take their parking spots. 25-Sep-24, Yet again another Pacific Cab parking in a handicap spot. This driver did not have a fare, but wanted a coffee. Shame on Pacific Cabs once again for using these designated parking spots for themselves.

October 24th my Handy Dart ride was from Pacific Cabs. The driver, Farnam, was graciously helped me and I am thankful. I have mobility issues and this can present difficulties, of which there were none that day. The Pacific Cab drivers are kind and accommodating. Lori L. White Rock

Dispatcher was rude, dismissive and didn't want to answer basic questions like "what's the expected wait time?" Absolute garbage customer service. At least the driver was decent. But I wont be using them again based on the dispatchers rudeness.

Living in White Rock since a while now, this company has been reliable for going around. For long distance, I will not recommend them as rideshares are damn cheap but for 2-10 kms, they are the best and reliable.
