Love, love, love this shuttle. Super convenient and drops me at a hotel just around the corner from my condo. The drivers are incredibly helpful and friendly as are the staff on desk and phone. Thank you!

I haven’t taken the shuttle in a year or so, but have always had a good experience with the service in past years. Only had to wait 5-10 minutes to leave the airport, going out a few pickups but always fast and efficient. A lot more economical than a cab, 25-30%.

Very handy and far less expensive then a cab. My only quirk with this company was an incident were while I was in the shuttle my flight was canceled and instead letting me stay on until it circled back around to my drop of point they made me pay again. Felt like good costumer service would have been to take the stranded people back. I know they don’t control the airlines but the airlines also don’t control the weather!

Wed. May 1st..... Well, here I sit waiting for the next shuttle, because the driver decided to leave 10 mins early. (21:30 shuttle was nowhere in site when I went out at 21:20) However, they are graciously willing to put me on the next shuttle.......that's it. I had just arrived on a 21:00 flight and booked my ticket at the desk. When I went back inside to inquire, the clerk said he remembered me booking the ticket, but nothing could be done to recall the bus, as drivers will leave early if they feel it works. Took 5 mins to write review, now just 40 more minutes until the next shuttle.

Every Christmas, I dread visiting family because I know I have to use this absolutely awful solution to a common problem: getting to and from the airport. We only take this shuttle because it's cheaper than taking a cab. No other options. If you bus, you have to walk 20 minutes. This city needs solutions. To the airport: You have to walk to a pick up area (regardless of the weather conditions or what time your pick up time is). Then you have to get off the shuttle and get on a different one. Then you either listen to the driver narrate your entire drive at 5 in the morning or hope you have ear buds because he's blasting pop/rock. From the airport: sometimes you have to lift your own luggage because the driver leaves for 20 minutes and then gets mad at you for not loading properly. Then the driver complains about his back pain and you have to smile and nod, even though you also have back pain.... except the difference is he is getting paid and you are paying to be there. Then they drop you off 2 blocks from your place where you have to somehow drag your suitcase through the snow. 👍 Probably fine for tourist season in the summer but terrible for locals in the winter. We have had maybe 2 decent drivers in the 6 or so times we have taken the shuttle. On numerous occasions, I have sat on the shuttle as it drives back past my apartment and we were the only people getting picked up.... why not let us list our location and arrange some place closer to us?! Ugh. Not mention that when I select my location, there is no map showing me where all of the pick up locations are... so I have to look all of the places up on Google maps. *screaming* All around, not a good system. 😡😡😡
