Had to wait almost 40 min to get a shuttle. Ended up in a town car, 3 passengers. The 1 male passenger had 3 suitcases. Shuttle Express felt that there would be plenty of room. So my mother and I had to sit in the back seat with a large suitcase on the seat between us. I was unable to put my seat belt on because of the suitcase. The driver slammed the trunk down no less than 8 times trying to shut the trunk. I am truly hopeful that my suitcase an none of the contents are broken. I will be truly grateful when the airport in Everett opens!!!! Oh, and the male passenger ended up with a small suitcase on his lap.

Let me be very clear here. DO NOT use this service if you: A) Have a flight to catch ~or~ B) Have to get on a cruise ship by a certain time. Since these are a "shared ride" they will not guarantee to get you to the airport or the cruise terminal on time and unless you CALL THEM you don't find this out until the driver shows up to pick you up. Ended up cancelling both trips and taking a cab, which ended up costing the same. I guess their service is OK if you are going from the airport to a hotel, but why bother when most hotels will pick you up for free anyway.

I was quoted a price, after the ride that went as smooth as possible, I was charged a extra $45.00

Just got a ride from north Seattle to airport. Driver on time. 2:40 am pickup. Clean Suburban. Good driver. They called, texted and emailed me that they were near my house and sent reminder night before. Way early for my flight which is a good thing in this day and age. Liked the shuttle.

On time, nice car, but PLEASE institute a scent free guideline for your drivers, my driver had so much cologne on that I arrived at the airport nauseous and with a headache. 45 min in a town car with the windows closed was horrible.
