Was told 15-20 min. 5his left me plenty of time to be ready, taxi arrived and left within 5 minutes of my call. I wouldn't say this was the drivers fault but the fact that estimate was so far off it left me stranded and the dispatch held me at fault then when I phoned back they basically punished me for not being ready in time by making me wait in the winter cold for another 40 minutes. If they told me a taxi would be ready right away I would have advised that I didn't want it that soon but clearly dispatch isn't interested in giving accurate times. I'd rather walk than rely on this company, simply because of the dispatch edicate, the drivers are pleasant enough.

Called a cab and gave them my name. Not only was the cab late, when he showed up he told me he wasn't going to take me because my friend beside me was trying to hail a different cab. To be clear, my friend was taking her own cab, as she lives in a completely different direction from me. Utterly unacceptable that he should just yell at me and drive off like that. I will never use Victoria Taxi again, nor will anyone I know.

Pre-booked a taxi the day before for 5:30am to YYJ during heavy snow. The lovely driver was having a hard time driving up the hill, but he made it!! Not only he got me to the airport safely and on time but we also had a very pleasant conversation! Thank you!!!

This company needs to re-train their drivers on how to follow the rules of the road and operate a motor vehicle safely. Just because it is quarter to two in the morning does not make it safe to run red lights. It's pretty disappointing when you are driving home from work and the light is clearly green and one of your vehicles, full of passengers, has to slam on their breaks to avoid hitting you on your green. Get rid of your reckless drivers, they are giving your company a sloppy reputation.

I work as a driver for Victoria taxi. Pretty good company and helpful dispatch people. If it's not busy you won't wait that long but if it's busy there's going to be a bit of a wait. If there's 30 cars out there and 35 people need a ride we'll come get you when we drop off the client that's in the car. Thanks to the people in Victoria for being friendly. Seriously this city is full of nice people! I try to be nice as well and take the shortest route possible. Sometimes google maps isn't awesome and if the client knows a better route please let the driver know.... Thanks for the opportunity to make a living in Victoria!
