It is hard to find a good taxi service that is wheelchair accessible. But with them you are at ease. Once a month I need to take my mother to the doctors and it is hard for her to walk. I hired one of their wheelchair taxis and was really impressed by the service. The driver was very considering and helpful. Now I always get a car from them whenever I need to take my mom out

Great cab service. Fast and efficient and highly professional. I was having trouble with other ride services and had an extremely important interview that I needed to get to. These guys were able to help me out in a pinch and get me to my meeting early. Great job

Awful service this morning. I'm not sure how many operators you have working in the morning but one of the ladies working the morning of December 11, 2018, made me late for a final exam. I called for a taxi this morning about 35 minutes before I had to be at my final exam (7:54am). I still hadn't received the usual text saying the taxi is on its way, so I phoned at 8:05 to make sure it was on the way. The lady on the phone told me it would be 5-7 minutes and that they were really busy. After 7 minutes it wasn't there and I still hadn't received any texts so I called back and a man told me that there wasn't even a taxi on the way yet. I understand being busy, it happens - but to lie to me about the fact a taxi way on its way? I had a final exam to be at at 8:30am. If she hadn't lied to me, I could have made it on time. Please do not lie to your customers. You don't know how much of negative effect that can have on a persons day. I've been a long-time customer every Sunday to get to work early as well, but no more.

I would give them full marks on customer service part. They have this advance booking option which is great. My husband had a business trip so I booked a cab for him one week ahead of the travel date. There was absolutely no problem with the booking. The cab was on time to pick up my husband. It is really useful as now I can book a cab way ahead so that there is no rush at the last moment.

“Excellent service. Fast, friendly and cheerful staff dealt with my car rental with utmost efficiency and professionalism. They explained everything clearly about the rental, patiently explained the vehicle controls, etc. They were also clear about the restrictions on insurance, fuel, etc. Returning the car was totally straightforward, friendly and efficient. I have often used competitors, but I now think that Blue Bird Cabs will be my choice for the future. I would like to recommend the quality of service of your staff at Blue Bird Cabs. They are intelligent, customer focused and friendly - highly recommended. “
