This is a wold class cruise terminal with over flowing staff to help you every step of the way to your ship. People were friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. Don't be afraid to use the washrooms, they're clean. I post honest reviews and pictures of places we visit. Give me a like if you find it helpful.

My husband and I love going on cruises this was a very nice place to get on our cruise although I realize a check in when you're An American in Canada can be a little lengthy. Something I really liked about Canada Place is it's right in the middle of Vancouver on shore so a lot of interesting places you can walk to.

We traveled from Florida to Vancouver to go on a Carnival Cruise and took a taxi to the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal. We had been there during the few days we spent in Vancouver to visit the Water Front Station nearby. The process is friendly, well coordinated and professional staff help travelers at every state of embarkation. Once on the ship, we took many photos because the views are awesome! We sincerely thank those who helped us to ensure a wonderful experience in Vancouver, Canada.

Even if there’s no wifi in the terminal, it’s still 5-star in my book 😀 Accessibility is top-notch, it’s right by downtown Vancouver, SkyTrain is a few steps away and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the city’s tourist attractions. One of the best cruise ship terminals on planet Earth.

Easy off and fast clearance We left the Royal Caribbean Radiance here, waiting to be among the final disembarking passengers. Baggage claim was fast and well organized, and lines moved quickly through customs entry points. Taxis were plentiful. Our ship-to-hotel time was less than 45 minutes, including the drive to Robson Street and the Westin.
