Wished didn’t have to sign up to book online. I called instead and received fast friendly easy service. Liked receiving status updates by text. Arrived for pickup exactly at the time requested. Taxi was clean and smelled nice inside. Driver was respectful and nice. Arrived at destination safely. Will use again and will recommend to others!

Two days in a row we have booked a taxi well ahead of two important events using their app. Two days in a row, the taxi has not arrived. Yesterday the taxi cancelled the pickup (??????) at the scheduled arrival time, and when my partner called, he was offered no explanation or apology. Just, "Yeah, it looks like the drive cancelled it." We decided to try one more time before we write them off, and here we are again 20 minutes past the point the taxi was supposed to arrive, and the dispatcher was equally ambivalent. In response to the reply from the business - no one called us. We called - them- when the taxis (both) did not arrive. And they were booked hours in advance. If you're going to reply, at least get your ducks in a row. Also, calling my boyfriend to harass him because I left a review was really, really creepy in the way it was conducted. I pressed enter and his phone rang within minutes, with the woman saying "Your girlfriend was that your girlfriend was it???" before hanging up. A proper way to conduct your business would be to a) at least have one of your cabs, booked hours in advance, show up or b) yes, have someone call if they are running late or just decided to not take the job (the job booked hours in advance in case you forgot as you seem simple). No, having us call you fifteen minutes later and you saying, "Yeah, the driver cancelled. It'll be another hour or so until one is free," with no apology two days in a row isn't going to cut it. The way you conducted yourself after both of these incidents, including your pathetic reply here that doesn't even apply to the situation as there was no traffic they simply canceled it and you guys never called, is the reason you have a bad reputation. Your drivers are lovely. Your company is unprofessional and unorganized. Go ahead. Call my boyfriend again. It will give you some practice in communicating with your clients.

Excellent service. Whenever I book the cab they are on time. Even today. Friendly customer service while booking and drivers are friendly too. I always check the company reviews before booking and I see some bad reviews but people should understand that this is holidays/festival season. There are so many events around the town. The cabs can get delayed due to that and due to the weather and traffic with so many construction sites on Surrey roads. Very inconsiderate comments. Kuber Taxi, you guys are awesome and those who are writing these bad comments don't understand what it's like to manage a transportation business. They should call in to book the cab instead of online, that way they can know exactly how much time the cab will take to arrive. Kudos Kuber Taxi. I would definitely recommend my friends to use your service.

Took Kuber Cabs for the 3rd time this past Friday evening and, once again, they were friendly and easy to book with, bang on time for pick-up before and later on after dinner. Our drivers were polite, friendly and attentive. What more could you ask for? Kudos to Kuber!

Excellent service! I booked & ride two times, and I got excellent service both the times. Both timings were odd, still I didn't face any difficulties. Taxi arrived on time, had very good conversation with drivers, reached safely & confortably before scheduled time. Thanks to the drivers & full team of Kuber. I highly recommend Kuber.
