Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Just another piss poor cab company. We had booked a taxi for my Christmas party and it said it would arrive at 6:15. at 6:00 the app showed no booked ride and we had to wait on hold for nearly 45 minutes to get a cab. He showed up late and didn't even know how to get where we wanted to go. After he had picked us up and left, the other cab called us and said they were at our place, at 7pm!! The cab that was driving us didn't know where he was going and I had to open my GPS to show him proper directions. This is just one example of the poor service. I don't know what to do anymore when needing a safe ride home.

Most garbage service ever. You can book a taxi through their app but they will most likely cancel your trip unless its expensive. Majority of drivers dont even show up/cancel.

Booked a taxi well in advance as we foresaw the time we were hoping travel at being busy. Made no difference. No cab arrived, the app simply told us it was delayed and the only thing offered to us was the ability to cancel our reservation (far from helpful). When we finally reached them via phone they said no taxi was available and our reservation meant nothing whatsoever. Looking forward to Uber and Lift becoming available in here.

Mostly good with a few really bad (abysmally bad) apples. Use them quite often. Had 2 really bad trips recently, first was a driver driving over 100 km/h in an area with 80 km/h speed limit. This was in heavy rain and he switched lanes recklessly without using turn signals, drove in between 2 lanes frequently. He tried to argue with me when I politely requested he at least drive within the speed limit. The more recent event, heavy smoker had been smoking in the taxi with the windows closed. Entering the taxi I could barely breath from the smoke fumes, I opened the back window and politely requested opening the front passenger window and his response was that I look for another taxi. Was in the middle of an email prior to boarding and he immediately yelled, asking if I was threatening him with a phone call. After wards he yelled I leave his taxi. I quietly left. Terrible situation to be in (cigarette fumes + second hand smoke). Hopefully we get Uber soon. Would buy a car but I travel too much to justify having one right now. The good ones are really good and the bad ones are terrible.

Terrible, terrible, and just terrible! I got into a cab with my sister and her friends. The driver was driving very slow and after we got to our destination, he got mad because my sister did not have cash. I know they want cash because they can keep it, and they don't have to split it with the company. The driver started speaking in Persian (because my sister and I are both fluent in Persian) and "lectured" my sister on how you should be generous to people!!!! And he even parked in the middle of the road!! Even after the cab was off and was not using any gas, he left the meter on. Luckily, my sister ended up paying the $11.34 (which would have been $10 if he turned off the meter) instead of the $15 he put into the terminal. Honestly, find other taxi services or just use the bus. I would not use this service at all. Do not make the mistake of using NST. There is a %10 chance you will get a nice driver that doesn't tip themselves. This is considered fraud. I recommend you take the bus instead of NST
