I’ve always had great success with this company, but always with calling ahead and scheduling a pick up time we’ll in advance. The drivers have always been courteous. They know the ins and outs of all of the roads and know what shortcuts to take to get me where I need to be on time.

Ordered a taxi from the app. Got a call from the driver I told him I’m on my way and as soon as I got to the taxi the driver he said he already has a customer which was man. So clearly he knew it wasn’t me. And when I called the operator she said well you shouldn’t have booked it so early. I’ve been booking with the app and never got a problem. P 80 was the taxi number

Oh my lord!!!!! I wish I could give 0 star!!! I booked a cab online to save my time and when I seated in the taxi he was complaining you wasted my time because of your booking! I arrived a little bit early than the time you wanted! You should pay for it!!!! I told him that was the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life!!!!! How you allow your self to talk like that!!!! He said next time don’t book can online on Sunday because you waste drivers time !!!!!!!!!! Then who can guarantee pick up time???!!!!! He was same as a father age but rude rude rude rude!!!! BelAir please train your drivers to provide not best but at least minimum rate of customer service!!!

If I could rate this company any lower I would. Tried to call them two and a half hours before we needed to leave and couldn't even get on hold. When we finally got through (35 minutes later) they said the driver would be there in 10 minutes, didn't show up for another 45 minutes. Definitely not an isolated incident. This is why we need Uber.

This is the worst taxi company I have ever dealt with, I was on hold for an hour last night and it said I was on hold for too long and it hung up on me, after calling again 15 minutes on hold it asks for my pin? I’m not too sure what it means by pin but we need Uber because of these terrible taxi companies. I hope they all go out of business because of it.
