The best airline in BC for service. I arrived at the South Vancouver terminal and realized that I'd booked my flight online from the wrong terminal. This was 20 minutes before the flight was scheduled to leave. The ticket agent (I wish I wrote down her name) worked smoothly and professionally to get me on the next flight. My four pieces of luggage were not an issue as they were for an earlier flight on one of the "big airlines", even with a Business Class ticket. This is the fourth time I've flown HA and I've always been impressed with their service. Thank you for your unsurpassed customer care.

Fantastic service, makes the journey to the YVR airport from Sechelt 1/2 day shorter. Worth every penny. Lots of fun, great views and very accomadating staff. I usually have too much stuff with me and they just charge me a small fee and send it on the next available plane. I get motion sick in cars but have never felt any nausea on harbour air. Even when I have pigged out on their complimentary cookies and fruit. Kinda like a mini West Jet (a compliment cause I love West Jet).

Very helpful ground staff particularly the shuttle driver (Brendan), who went the extra mile for someone with mobility issues.

Don't book out of here, they'll cancel your flight due to rain.

The best customer service airline. All staff at Richmond were exceptional in helping me fix my flight booking. Thank you especially to Brad and April who helped eliminate my anxiety. You are the best.
