Like many other reviews, if i could give 0 stars i would. Took a cab home two nights ago and the driver was very unprofessional. He asked me directions to my address and said it was because he wanted to take the best route home for me. I just moved here, i don't know the best route.

I have used ac taxi before and it wasn't that bad. My car was stolen and trashed by some jerk and it would have been nice to have the use of a cab today when I needed it. Instead I walked home after calling my son to walk with me to bring my groceries home. Thanks for nothing.

I called them from the nanaimo to gabriola island ferry terminal at 4:40pm (the departure bay ferry to the mainland leaves at 5:20) calling for a cab. 20 minutes later and theres still no cab. I call them again to confirm the cab, but they tell me I'm 13th(!) in line for a cab (they didn't tell me anything about there being a wait.) So I cancel with them and go with yellow cab and the yellow cab comes in 10 minutes. Still I miss the ferry. Update June 30th 2019: I calles them before I left Gabriola to get a taxi. I artived at Nanaimo Terminal 20 minutes later and there was no taxi in sight and I had had no update by phone. Once again I had to get a Yellow cab
