Called ahead for taxi service for a specific time, taxi arrived on time down to the minute and even took the creepy complicated back road to my place most people can't figure out saving me the walk down the unlit alley so props for that. I had called a different company first and they didn't have anyone available. Driver was chill, friendly and efficient, thanks for the lift!

Extremely polite, super clean, all round great. Thank you. Left my son's booster seat in the cab and they had no problem tracking it down and dropping it off for me.

Called to book a taxi and was told 20 minutes.. 30 minutes later we called back to ask where our cab was and was told they were waiting for the driver to get back to them and when we called at the 45 minute mark no one answered the phone.. our cab never showed up in the end.. worst cab service I’ve had. Being late is one thing, but a no show is just irritating.

Called a cab for my coworker so she could get home because I don’t drive. First time this person hung up on me I was simply being passed the phone from my coworker to repeat the address. I called back and told her my address, she failed to understand what I was saying and told me my house wasn’t real because she couldn’t find it and then hung up on me again. Rather upset at this point, I call again and this time we managed to get farther in the conversation and she can’t seem to understand the letter “Z”. I spent it, said zee, zed, even said it was the last letter of the alphabet... and still nothing but rude remarks. When she finally got the letter “Z”, we moved on to the next letter which was an “E”, and she kept saying “A?”, and then hung up on me for a third time!! This is stupid, either upgrade your phone systems or update your employees to preferably people who speak the english language. Even my coworker was like what the hell.
