All you need to know for best service: Aris, Vancouver Taxi No. 35. He is a professional driver with exceptional attention to courtesy, service and your comfort. You’ll be treated like ‘royalty’. And if you’re fortunate, he’ll share his passion for animals and his favourite, Sparky. Amazing service from an amazing individual. He’ll ‘change’ your thoughts about taxi drivers. Gracie

The cab driver was telling me that I don’t know the fastest way to my destination and that he knew more than me since he’s been driving for a long time. He also berated me since I had a couple items to put in the trunk that normally it’d be $10 extra since it’s cargo, even though I could’ve easily just put it in the seat with me.

Cab was late. Driver talked on the phone half the time (not hands free) and used turn signals only sometimes. He struggled to understand my English.

A very enthusiastic and professional driver was ARIS van #35 ! Very well dressed also. He showed us the city through his taxi and answered all our questions to the smallest detail and making us feel like VIPs in his van. We just arrived from Europe to Vancouver and our trip is already amazing, fantastic and super fascinating with him driving us all around. You don't need another taxi, if you are searching for the best customer service !!!! Thank you ARIS. You been an amazing driver and tour guide !!

I used to love using Vancouver taxi, their customer service was always friendly and taxis were always prompt. However the last two experiences that I’ve had the cabs took over 30 minutes to arrive or the cabs didn’t come to my location, they ended up picking up someone else and I had to call customer service back just for them to order another cab for me and I had to wait even longer (1 hour wait!). I hate that I no longer enjoy using Vancouver taxi and my other options are just as poor.
