I left my phone in a Black Top cab and my Google Timeline tracked its location until it died the next afternoon. My driver took the phone home against company policy(who knows why I wont jump to conclusions) and Black Top ordered the driver to bring it back immediately. They then put it in a cab and promptly sent it to my house. Very impressed

This happens to be the best cab company in Greater Vancouver and still only gets 1 star. I called for a taxi today, got the "your cab has arrived call" was outside in under 60 seconds and no cab. Anywhere. Had to call another. When I told my current cab driver and a service representative neither of them wanted to talk to me at all. Zero customer service. None. Bus instead.

I called to book a taxi for tomorrow to go to the airport and, given it already happened in the past ( and I almost missed the flight) I wanted to be sure this time the taxi would have arrived. They asked me to call them to follow up, because they’re busy with lots of clients.... If you can’t provide a proper service, don’t offer it. I Can’t Wait Uber to come!

Three strikes. I had been a loyal customer for some time, however, this company has let me down the last three times I've tried to book a car. They have cut over their dispatch to a fully automated system that actually doesn't send out any Taxis! Been waiting over 25mins while I type this.

F**king people lied to their dispatch and told them they called me and waited for me outside my house and no one was. Therefor I'm late for work in pouring rain. Sadly I'd their the most reliable cab company in Vancouver.
