Robby and Melissa were fantastic taxi drivers. They arrived on time and were very kind. Thank you both for a great taxi ride. We will recommend this company!

Our first driver was a little early which was great after all the reviews about how they are late all the time. Then our second driver Robbie was just fabulous! On time and very friendly. We had an awesome experience and don’t know what they have all these bad reviews...

Take the shuttle take the shuttle take the shuttle. I can’t stress that enough. R taxi is the biggest joke of a business. Besides the chill old guy who drops the f bomb every other sentence when he talks to you, you might as well throw the whole company out. Waited 50 minutes before we cancelled one day and reserved a taxi for 6:30 in the morning which never came so we almost missed our day of cat skiing because of them. Even if your saving money with by splitting the fair with a couple of friends, it won’t be worth it TRUST ME. There’s a reason why they have such a low rating. On a side note, Johnny’s taxi is R taxi in disguise so BEWARE

Terrible taxi service. We needed a taxi to take us to the Greyhound depot and they said they’d be 10 minutes. 40 minutes and two more phone calls later and they said they’d didn’t know when they’d get there. Would have been faster walking. Another R-taxi driver tried to gouge us for a 30% tip after a ten minute journey. Avoid these rip-off merchants.

Unbelievably horrible service, but judging by these reviews we are not the only one. We had ordered a cab and paid in cash, the driver complained we apparently did not tip her enough and said "you better hope you dont want a ride home later". Sure enough 3 hours later we ordered a cab and got this driver, Melissa. We got in and started driving down the road until she recognized us, pulled over and made us get out in minus 20. I cannot fathom to think this is how people run a buisness. I suggest wavoiding R taxi at all costs.
