Just had our first trip with Sunshine Transit and we were totally impressed. Our driver was Federos and he was super friendly and professional . We were picked up in a clean warm van and I was wheeled in and securely strapped in He loaded our bags and at the airport he got a cart and loaded our bags on the cart and then wheeled me into the terminal Excellent service and the price was more reasonable than London Limos and more convenient as I didn't have to disassemble my chair to fit it into the trunk and then reassemble it at the airport. Great service!

Arrived one hour late; called twice and the dispatcher first said 10 to 15 min away. Then dispatcher called to ask where we were as driver was at another location. When driver finally arrived, he said he was at a different address than dispatcher claimed.

We have been using Sunshine Transit exclusively for a year now. We have tried a few other firms that can accommodate the needs of my father who is an amputee with very poor vision and have been appalled at the lack of professionalism out there. Sunshine has been excellent. They have always been reliable, on time, courteous and professional - head and shoulders above the other firms we have tried. As my father's POA, I am also impressed with their concise and prompt invoicing. In my experience, they have set the standard in Winnipeg.

DO NOT BOOK TRANSPORTATION WITH THIS COMPANY! The guy who answered the phone the first time we called to book a trip for a special occasion was laughing the entire conversation (about what I don't know). Then when we called back a couple weeks later to confirm the booking for our day he said there was no trip booked. We would have completely missed our special occasion if we had not called back to confirm! No confirmation number or other means of verification was provided. He also quoted two very different prices for the exact same trips and destinations (the first time he quoted a flat rate, the second time he said we'd be charged according to the meter a difference which would have resulted in two very different total costs). This scumbag thinks he can get away with unprofessional behaviour because there is no other "limousine" (most of their vehicles just look like an accessible taxi or handi-transit vehicle yet charge much higher rates than handi-transit) service in Winnipeg for people in wheelchairs. Seems he enjoys taking advantage of disabled folks. If he cared about his clients and business he would treat his customers with respect and operate his business in a professional manner. This service doesn't deserve even one star, I only selected that so I could post this review and warn others. In response to your reply of my review: Perhaps my understanding of your service would have been better had you responded to my questions when I originally asked them over the phone instead of laughing them off, dismissing them and failing to give me concrete, consistent answers. In addition, you failed to reply to an email I sent you trying to clarify questions I had about your service. It's interesting how you elaborate on your services only when someone becomes critical of them. You say you're hurt? Because you never booked our trip the first time we phoned we would have been waiting for a ride that would never come. How do you think we would have felt? DO NOT try to become the victim here. Our special day would have been ruined along with everyone else's who was counting on us to attend this special event. If your wife has a disability then you ought to know how challenging it is to get last minute transportation (i.e. when your original ride does not show up) and how limited those options are. You did not even apologize to us for never having our trip in the system. Obviously being close to someone with a disability has failed to teach you empathy. Needless to say you've lost our business.
