These guys used to beyou go to. Reliable and good about telling you wait times. Now, the last 3 calls ended in them not showing up and not answering the phone when I'm wondering about the wait time for the cab I asked for. Would not recommend.

Literally almost got tboned by the heavy set woman that works there. I honked my horn and she decided to drive the wrong way down the street and then precised to flip me off I called there to give them a report and the woman answered then hung up on me.

I called to see if I can get a cab and the lady said we are not doing cabs rn in that area made me mad cause I always get a cab here at this time at night. The lady on the phone was one of them who driven me before big girl with red hair. She is crazy at driving and all she does is yell and talk about smoking weed with her fiancé. I was not happy at all since my bf and I have been loyal costumers for a while now and we have only used bayside but since my experience with that girl and tonight with her I will never use bayside again. Really disappointed.

Drivers are nice & cars are clean, but they need to stop lying about when they will arrive. Even when I call to schedule a ride they are 20 minutes late and I have to call again. People would rather you overestinate than underestimate. And fir god’s sake, start writing down scheduled calls! I cant use your company if you make me late constantly. Lyft ii is!

called for a taxi at midnight. Said they would be there in 45 minutes later. Did not show up OR pick up the phone. Eventually Decided to call a lyft and was picked up in 10 minutes at 2 am. Definitely my last time using Bayside.
