My car was at the mechanic for a day and i had to use taxi to get me to and from my work and to do my errands they were always very nice and patient, they waited for to finish my errands and brought me back home. Its was a really nice experience. And also then most important thing its safety, they have busters on all of their cars, and they make sure the kid its well buckle before they leave. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I’ll definitely call them again when I need.

Professional, kind, user-friendly, and reliable. Flat rate quoted on phone was very reasonable. Good experience going from Marlborough to Logan Express, Framingham. Will not hesitate to use again if needed.

American Way taxi drivers are very nice and always prompt! I didn't have my car for a week so I used American Way to get to and from work. They helpfully let me schedule rides in advance, so I didn't have to worry about catching an Uber. They also tell you how much the ride will cost when you call. I'll definitely call American Way if I need a taxi again.

Just got cut off by one of your drivers. He took a left from the right lane because he didn't want to wait in the long line to take the left, came very close to clipping the front end of my car. I was shocked when I saw that this person is suppose to be a professional driver and drives passengers. Really careless driving and dangerous. Sorry but I wouldn't want that kind of person driving around anyone I care about. Mass LV plate 73975 little blue Toyota. Sept 12 2017.
