The cab drivers are amazing! Always nice and fun to talk to. I had to rate 2 stars because the woman who answers the phone is consistently rude and spiteful to customers. Not a wise business model.

Very rude and hard to talk to. Waited an hour despite being told they would be here in 30 minutes, did not come at all and tried to blame the incident on us. Have heard bad things from many people, and my experience was no different, would definitely not reccomend to anyone. Management clearly unaware of how to run a business and treat customers.

They are late 98% of the time and certain employees have an attitude problem. Do not recommend

I needed a Taxi from Fairfield Inn in Brunswick to the Portland Airport Saturday. I shared the taxi with a young lady going to Southern Maine University. The driver charged her $60 (dropping her off just less than 1.5 miles from the airport) and then he tried to charge me $60 as well. I protested that a shared cab ride over 24 miles should not be $60 ( or $120 for two over that distance) Driver called his dispatcher and he said the fee should be $50. When I arrived in town I paid $37.11 for a late night Uber from the Airport to the Same hotel. the driver essentially tried to rob me. Would not use this company again. They make up charges and hav NO meters.....
