It was cold and raining at 11:15pm when my flight landed last night in Fredericton. I’ve been coming for business several weeks now. Great little town. Super friendly people. Can’t say the same for evening dispatcher. I realized today I’ve been blacklisted when he didn’t up the call after two tries non consecutive tries, but he did pick up for my colleague after the first ring immediately following my last call attempt.

If you need a taxi, go ANYWHERE but here! Fredericton has the WORST taxi companies and this by far is the ultimate worst! They have been late EVERY time I have called -- every time! I have been late for work and university on a number of occasions. Last week, they were an hour late! How is this acceptable and how do they stay in business? Not only are the late but they are rude, arrogant and attempt to overcharge every time -- even though I know exactly how much it is! The last time I called, we were almost in an accident as the man almost hit someone and stated that it's because he is not from here and doesn't understand the rules of our roads -- it was a stop sign....he didn't stop.....? I called in to cancel a cab because, AGAIN, I was 30 minutes late for my class and no one had bothered to show up! When I called, I didn't even get out what I wanted to say before he told me to "F'ing call someone else next time then!" I called back again to try and speak with him and he told me to go ahead and complain if I wanted, he didn't care. Hung up on me again, mid-sentence. Sadly, no matter who you complain to, they won't get reprimanded and/or shut down! I don't know how these cab companies get away with this? Very sad! If this is the way they treat me, I would hate to see how they treat the elderly!

First, and last time using this company. They take forever to answer the phone and when someone does you are greeted by some rude guy who gives zero F****, and will hang up the phone in your ear while you are asking a question. Now the wait time was not bad in my opinion 10-15mins, but the driver didn't even wait. While I was walking to the car the driver did a u-turn and drove back out.

Carpool you with many others to make more money. Ugh.

Ask for a taxi in 15 min. Did not show until 30 min later. Went to the wrong address, had to call again. Maybe Uber would be better.
