Yea, you call and all you get is a mumble or a grunt. They treat you like your a moron, and are in a hurry to get off the phone with you. Just dont ever give them business and watch their terrible business crumble

Very rude driver and to top it off, I had to give him a $30 fare. I’d give this cab company 0 out of 5 if I could. Best and friendliest is MyRide. I’d recommend that company for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called, they would not give me a time frame they would pick me up, never notified me of arrival, called back to see where they were, said they were already there and left (never actually showed up) I waited for nothing. This is exactly why cab companies are being replaced by services like Uber, they actually attempt to deliver something that resembles good customer service. I should mention the driver I had earlier in the day was nice enough, just the cab companies and their operations in this city are pitiful.

My batterie died while I was in Saint John for work, the guy came to boost it. Fast service and very professional!

WORST experience ever.......... been waiting for one hour without any notice, the first call they said it might take 15 min, then after 20 min l called them again and recieved The answer that the driver couldn't find me and they already asked another driver come and pick me up. Are you serious? I stood at the same position since l called, but whatever. I was still trying to be as patient as l could until l wait for almost AN hour40, then l called again and another person picked up the phone and he asked me "didn't last person tells me that if you miss The first one you have to wait for at least 40min?" Will not take their service anymore, ever..........
