My batterie died while I was in Saint John for work. The man from the company came with a power pack that didn't work. Said he'd come back in 20 minutes, but didn't show up. I called him back after 40 minutes and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. I called back after another 40 minutes and he got mad and told me very rudely to call another company.

32 CAB Last night, FEB 27TH Picked up my boyfriend at his mothers he was visiting. He then asked for ID because HE DIDNT believe he lived there. He then repeatedly told him he would call the cops on him if he didnt have cash. We asked for a debit. He then said it was broken, he got out of the cab to buzz me and had to leave his backpack in the car because he said HE WAS GOING TO SCAM HIM, and if he went to get the bank card which i had to grab groceries that night, would " CALL THE COPS " on him. He then proceeded to bring him to irving, then opened his door and stood there watching him to make sure he wouldn't run. I've been with saint john taxi for 3 years, YOU have officially lost my business. We have always paid, always will. Taxi driver should be fired for pocketing extra $$ . Oh and if we reported him, he will call the cops. So heres a little something for your business. Never again! DONT RECOMMEND.

On time to pick me up at the airport on just 2 hours notice. Friendly driver, got me to Millidgeville quickly, and charged a reasonable rate ($40).

Called for a cab and was told it would be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes it wasn't there so I called back and was told it would be there any minutes. 20 minutes later I gave up and called someone else

Dispatcher lied and said they had a car east when I told him I'm in a hurry. Gave very false ETA and I waited for a half hour before calling back- that's when he told me the car was just getting east and leaving the mall.. So, basically, they will lie about the availability of their cars in order to get more fares. Don't recommend at all.
