Booked a pick up online for Stanfield Airport. Received a confirmation email. Driver never showed up and there was no follow up call from them.

Amazing customer service! I called in a panic from Ontario due to my son (a university student) forgetting his ID in residence and therefore being unable to fly home for Christmas. Not only was Ahmed and his team able to offer us a great solution (roundtrip from airport and back before his flight had to leave so he could get his ID) for a great price, they totally alleviated my panic about how to get my son home. Highly recommended for that alone - but when topped off by their courtesy, their willingness to help, and just their overall friendliness and professionalism, I will never choose any other Airport Taxi Limo service but theirs in Nova Scotia again. Thank you for saving our family Christmas!

Submitted a booking online and the car service never showed, no follow-up email or attempt at trying to reach me. I almost missed my flight.
