It is a great cab company, amazing customer service. Weekends are busier and therefore take longer to get a cab. The people who expect a cab to be there at the snap of the finger need to realize that is an unrealistic demand. These people actually care about customers- The dispatcher followed up with my driver to make sure i was picked up. That was going above and beyond and would never happen in a larger city. People need to use common sense and stop leaving bad reviews for small businesses. If youre mad, go scream into a pillow instead of being nasty and destructive to someones buisness.

Left waiting for nearly an hour in Fall River after calling ahead regarding time and location. Cab driver called me twice to tell me he’s at Sobeys, completely wrong location. Called Bob’s instead

Worst cab ever .. the girl struggled to tell me when they would be here.. then said 20 mins . Hr goes by and a cab says it here and it's not.. guy calls me and said he hit the button by mistake I will be there in 5 mins. 30 mins later nothing and I call dispatch and they said ooh yea sorry I'm not sure what happened his car went of the grid maybe car troubles. I will send a car.. 10 mins later I get a call from a guy that speaks very little English saying he is In Bedford.. 15 mins "U wait??" 5am still waiting I called at 3 and I'm standing at the end of a driveway . Deserves half star!!!!!!!!!!!
