Very helpful customer service and driver. Made sure my husband made it to the airport on time when he accidentally went to the wrong stop. Thank you!

I traveled From halifax to New glasgow very punctual, and the service was very good and helpfully

Bus was 20 minutes late. Even though on the website it said that phone tickets were allowed, i showed the driver my email and he rudely said it wasn’t a ticket.

The bus driver left before the scheduled time and continuously drove away on people obviously wanting to board the bus that had already paid. If you have a ticket and are there on time there shouldn’t ever be an issue, and they don’t refund even though they are in the wrong for leaving early. Not reliable at all.

We should have been warned on the website that purchasing tickets ahead of time may not be wise unless one is certain to arrive on time. Our Air Canada flight was delayed by 4 hours so we missed our Maritime bus to the hotel in Halifax although we had prepaid. The lady at the airport said that there are no refunds. The last bus was about to leave and we could spend another $44 on two tickets but if we miss it then we would be out that money too. We decided not to risk losing $88 on the stupid bus service. We were so tired and angry that we ended up having to pay for an expensive taxi ride to finally arrive at our hotel late at night. Once again the flat rate that was shown online proved to be an underestimate. Horrible experience.
