If I could give this negative stars I would. I booked weeks in advance, made sure all my information was correct. The day I was supposed to get picked up, no call. So I went to the pick up area that we agreed on, at the set time. Waited and waited. No call. I called them and asked when they would arrive and if they could give me an estimated time. They said “well there was an accident, he’ll be there eventually” okay no problem, I can wait a bit. I called every once in awhile to check in, no answer. Kept calling, no answer. Left a voicemail and they called me and told me that they would be there. It was around 4pm that I decided I was done calling myself so a family member called for me. They told them I missed the shuttle. They said that they showed up and they kept trying to call my phone. I was so upset hearing this, I missed my son’s birthday. They texted and said they called my number (they told me the number they called). I said that was the wrong number and I know that in the email confirming my information that it was right and sent them a screenshot. They never showed up, wrote down my information wrong, they don’t care. I used to think that they weren’t so bad booking, I’ve had great experiences with them until today. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Absolutely terrible. I thought I’d put this out here because I’m devastated and I don’t want anyone to miss out on any family events because these people can’t put on some reading glasses or care enough to read what people write. Unprofessional and disorganized.

Booked the Yarmouth to Halifax airport shuttle. Price was well over 100.00. The driver was friendly, but I was shocked when I found out they stuff 7 people into a small mini van. Being an airport run, everybody had luggage which was crammed into every available space including between the middle seats. The van was so overloaded, the suspension bottomed out on every bump. It is hard to believe the local ministry of transport would be okay with that. It was the most uncomfortable shuttle I have ever been on. For the money they are charging, they should be using a small bus designed for shuttle service, not a regular old Chrysler minivan designed for personal use.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WITHOUT A BACKUP PLAN!!! We were told to be at the highway exit at 8:15 A.M. By 9:00 A.M., there was still no sign of anyone, or phone call saying they'd be late. So then I called the office number....no answer. After about the fourth attempt, he answered the phone by saying, "What, is your house on fire?" I told him I had been waiting for 45 minutes and was wondering if it had been cancelled for some reason. When I suggested they get a system to keep his customers updated, he then said, "Well I can leave you right where you are if you're not happy with the service!" When I asked again whether the shuttle was cancelled, he assured me that he'd be along. He also refused to call the driver to find out if there was a problem, as it would "slow him down even more". I waited until 10:00 A.M., still no shuttle or phone call, so I had to drive my wife to the airport myself so she wouldn't miss her flight...NEVER AGAIN!

Used the shuttle service (really just a branded minivan) this morning for a trip to Halifax from Digby. Fare was $110 from Digby to Halifax (North End). This matched the price we'd been told when booking. Payment methods weren't discussed, but we were able to pay by card when we boarded the shuttle. We were told to meet them at 8:10 AM for an 8:30 AM pickup in Digby. Shuttle was late and arrived around 8:50 AM. Communication with the company generally wasn't great and we were not told the shuttle would be late. Once we were on the road we made it to Halifax in good time. A smooth ride in general, not great but not terrible and not many other options available.

I really don’t understand why can see many bad reviews on this. Today I had a booking with Tri Star Shuttle to go to Halifax and it arrived to pick me on time as they mentioned in the email. Philips is the driver and he was very friendly and dropped me to final destination safely. Overall I had a good experience with Tri-Star Charters. Call center only has to be improve as they are not friendly and polite.
