Racist people. Ignorant. And extremely rude. Gave my mother an anxiety attack with the way they addressed her. Will be filing a complaint with the government. The one I spoke to was a lady and I believe an owner. If you trust me, never ever take this service. A1 rose is way better and safer. One of their cab drivers at milton taxi was so sketchy that I wanted to get off on the side of the road. I would not trust them. They are probably 5 dollar cheaper than A1 rose but for your life, that is very little money.

My driver, Wayne, was awesome and very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the dispatcher I spoke with was very rude for no conceivable reason. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I called to confirm that a driver was on the way, and politely asked if the car would be distinguishable with a logo or something, just so I could make sure I wasn't missing it in the parking lot. He responded, with unwarranted disbelief in his voice, "Have you, like, never taken a taxi before? Of course it will..." then hung up on me. Not nice!

The woman I spoke with kept hanging up on me. When I called back she did it again. I wasn’t rude or anything. She just kept saying ok bye. I’m very confused

Usually on time and get me where I need to go. Though often when I asked for a debit machine I get a car with none which can be a bit tedious having to run into a convenience store to take out money. Otherwise has become my default cab service being much more reliable then anything else in Milton.

Called an operator put me on hold right in the middle of trying to order a cab it was 930 at night and seemed like he had more important things to do than work with customers
