Just used the door-to-door service to get to Pearson Airport. My driver Steve was really friendly and made the drive very comfortable and got me here with more than enough time to spare. Excellent service, will definitely go with you guys again!

I've been using airways transit for about 8 years and was always happy with the service. But good God has this company downhill. First off, they jacked up the price for the shuttle from around $70 to $101... for a shared van that makes several picks ups and drop offs. Second, my flight landed at 4:30, I was out with my bags at the pickup location at 5:30, and the driver still didn't show till 7. Why am I paying such good money to wait an hour and a half? Unreal. It used to be a feasible alternative to parking at the airport, but with the ~40% rate hike, it's literally cheaper to park it right at the terminal in the covered lot. I also won't have to wait for an extra hour and a half after I hop off a 10 hour flight. I won't be using you guys again.

I was so tired from my last flight but Airways Transit was so helpful!. I'm always grateful with excellent customer service and the driver is just wonderful. Smooth ride back home and the driver even helped me carry my luggage to my porch. Thanks

5 guys round trip was nearly $360. I asked the driver to take the 407 west coming back from Pearson because the 401 was at a stand still. Picked up and dropped off 2 passengers there and back. We would have been better off taking an Uber. Not to mention parking at Pearson for 5 days is cheaper. Never using this shuttle service again.
