Worst experience ever. The taxi to the airport did not show up even after giving them a reminder call. This is the first time i ever had this kind of experience from a taxi company ever and I have used a number of taxi companies over the years. Nothing like these guys..try at your own risk.

I always make a contact with the Aeroporter Taxi and Limo Pearson Airport for the airport limo and taxi Toronto service and face no difficulty and trouble. Their airport limo and taxi Toronto service always make me happy and pleased from their work and perfectionist. I get them whenever I need their services. The teams are quick in responding and always give the positive respond to the users. When I place the order for the first time, I was confused but they make me tranquil and calm. They are working and following all the rules and the regulations of the traffic and drive according to it which is the best thing of their company.

Just used the app to book pick up from Pearson airport and the whole experience leaves a sour taste. First Driver arrived and didn't confirm arrival which left me waiting. Then as we are driving he tries to tell me that I got the wrong rate on the app and that it's supposed to be higher. I advised I had used the service twice before for the same flat rate fee. Then he continues to enter address on his phone gps while driving. To finish it off he keeps asking me for direction and when I didn't add a tip to his bill, he threw my luggage out on the driveway and drove off. What kind of company hires such an irresponsible, unsafe, uncourteous driver for a service?? I think I'll go back to booking other cabs if this is what I have look to forward to after a long flight!
