This service is a hit an miss. Depending on where you are located in town and the weather. Ordered a cab, told me 10 - 15. After 30 I called back for an ETA. Just told me "it's on its way". Had to cancel after waiting nearly an hour. I could've walked to my location faster.

I booked a pickup at the airport for my family member. We didn’t receive any confirmation email. We called in the morning on the day of reservation to confirm, they said they’ll send a confirmation email in the afternoon because they hadn’t gotten around to it yet. We waited until 3hrs before the pick up time to call them to confirm once again to which they replied “I’ll send my friend to pick him up.” Pick up did actually occur on time however very unprofessional. Not reliable at all. No confirmation email to this day. Edit: I booked online through your website. I did not email. My husband was the one called twice to ensure that there will be a pick up. He was told an email WILL be sent to us to confirm. No complains about the actual pick up or the driver. However, I was booking for a family member that was coming from out of country. I hope you understand why it can be a concern that there was no written form of communication back from you.

From out of town. Called based on ratings. They said 30-45 minutes. Fine. Busy work rush hours, I get it. An hour later, I called another cab company after 3 attempts to reach AC with their telephone just ringing endlessly, and that company told me another half hour. 1.5 hours later and AC still never showed. What great prompt service you have!

I had the BEST experience with this company. Highly recommend calling them. Thank you for treating me with respect. Got to where I needed times were exact. Thank you. My new cab company.

This is the second or third time I've called for a taxi, and given them my name, and they've picked someone else up. Do better.
